A full-scale enterprise resource planning platform built for IEEE Student Branch operations, consolidating society management, finance, event coordination, announcements, authentication, cloud storage and AI-assisted workflows into a single system.
The Problem
Student branch operations typically run on a scattering of spreadsheets, chat groups and personal drives. Continuity breaks every time a committee hands over, financial records live in whichever format the last treasurer preferred, and no one can answer basic questions about past events without asking the person who ran them.
Scope
The platform covers the operational surface of a student branch end to end, so that records survive committee handover rather than leaving with the outgoing team.

Architecture
A Next.js and React frontend in TypeScript talks to an Express API backed by PostgreSQL through Prisma, with Azure providing storage and hosting. REST APIs separate the administrative dashboard from the underlying services.
